Planning your visit to Foodex and BIE 2010 With so much to see and do at Foodex and the Baking Industry Exhibition (BIE) planning your visit is essential. Here is a reminder of what is on offer:Exhibits: Foodex, with more than 220 exhibitors, including many of the major suppliers as well as 80 participating for the first time, will demonstrate the very latest in technologies, ingredients and services for food and drink production.
BIE plays host to well over 100 leading names in the sector, including 30 new faces. The show caters for volume producers, craft bakers as well as bake-off and retail outlets.
And don't forget there are six other co-located events and hundreds of exhibitors with fresh ideas for convenience retailing, the off licence trade, coffee and café outlets, food and drink logistics, the latest regional and international food and drink products as well as fuel and forecourt ideas to improve profits at the pumps.
